Happy St Patrick's Day!

This is my first cake completed at the Wilton Cake Decorating Classes (Course 1, Lesson 2).  I'm actually pretty proud of it.  It's Chocolate Stout Cake filled with Chocolate Champagne Ganache (leftover from truffle making) and it's frosted in Buttercream.

  2. It tasted great! The cake was very moist, and it didn't taste like beer. I'll be sure to post the recipe because I will definitely make it again.
